Laurien Gisigo is a technology entrepreneur, operations leader, and agribusiness investor operating simultaneously across three industries. Based in Dayton, Ohio — originally from Rwanda.
“Build things that work, for people who need them,
at a standard that earns their return.”
Born in Rwanda. Emigrated to the United States at age 14. Parents survived the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi. That origin — displacement, rebuilding, the refusal to let circumstance define trajectory — is the architecture beneath everything Gisigo builds.
Graduated from the University of Dayton with dual degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance. Studied abroad in Japan. Currently managing the Outbound Department as Operational Analysis Area Manager at Amazon LUK2, a Generation 11 Robotics fulfillment center — while running Nerio Ventures in parallel, and co-advising Fresco Fruits Supply Ltd in Kigali, Rwanda.
Three roles. One thread: systems that create impact at scale.
Multi-product technology venture studio. Building AI-powered applications across eight product lines from a shared infrastructure stack on Vercel Pro.
Leading Outbound Department operations at a Generation 11 Amazon Robotics fulfillment center in Dayton, Ohio. Metrics-based execution, frontline leadership, safety and quality ownership.
Co-owner of Fresco Fruits Supply Ltd, a Rwandan agribusiness connecting smallholder farmers to structured markets. Named among Leading Youth Innovators at the EAC Hackathon. GIZ-partnered.
